
Dawood Hadad is murdered in Acre while violent clashes between Arabs and Jews are taking place, detective Saleh, is, convinced that catching the Jewish murderer will regain him his lost pride among Arabs.
SYNOPSIS
Two days after Kippur violent events between Arabs and Jews in Acre, the body of Dawood Hadad is found with graffiti on the wall behind it declaring “Death to Arabs”.
Saleh, an Arab police detective, is appointed to solve the case. Determined and fully motivated,Saleh begins searching for answers, but as the investigation develops, he discovers that things are not what they seem to be, as he moves on and off between hate crime leads and personal leads, Saleh sinks into the life of Dawood, the activist, the man unhappily married to a barren woman and have years long affair with the wife of his work partner.
A man who’s life seems to be a bigger mystery than his death. The life and the death of Dawood, unwillingly lead Saleh to deal with facts about his own life for the very first time.
