A routine military navigation drill in the desert turns into a nightmare
SYNOPSIS
In April 2010 the IDF reported three missing soldiers, lost during a routine navigation drill at "Bab-El-Gehenom"- a deserted area in the desert that up until Israel War of Independence used to be lively Bedouin residence.
A military inquiry, hinting that the area may be haunted by some sort of paranormal activity, is immediately censored and by order of the Minster of Defense. All details of the incident are to remain classified. But one video tale by one of the missing soldiers - a military
photographer for the IDF public relations unit- is leaked.
TRIGGER
The story is based on two of the writers own experience, who served in a combat unit, and used to navigate together. During these navigation drills in the dark empty desert, they used to tell ghost stories and scare each other to death. Eventually they realized that the most freighting thing in the desert is themselves.
