SYNOPSIS
A daring Mossad agent is sent to a foreign country to rescue an American business man kidnapped
while visiting Israel. The timing could not be worse, only days from Israeli Independence Day,
during which time, the chief of the Mossad, Haim, will be rewarded for his life achievements, at
the main event in Jerusalem.
A female CIA agent, Linda, is sent to take over the mission. If the two fail their mission,
missiles will be launched toward Jerusalem and destroy not only the state of Israel, but also
destroy Haim’s only chance to get awarded on national television, an unacceptable!
TRIGGER
Based on the award winning wild-comedy short film ISRAELI INTELLIGENCE, which was
produced as a Proof-of-Concept, it was the first Israeli film in the genre of BLAZING SADDLES,
and AIRPLANE! and although only a short, the film continues to screen regularly over 4 years; at
the Tel-Aviv Cinemathequ. It swept away over 28,000 people and won a number of awards
worldwide. Although it is set in Israel, the script is mostly in English. If you love Israeli films
– you’ll love it, if you do not like Israeli films – you’ll go crazy about it!
