Fifth Heaven by Dina Riklis producer Ifat Prestalnik  among projects pitched at OUR STORY has just completed filming August 2010.

Following up with Our Story filmmakers we received report of final shooting of Fifth Heaven by team of Dina Riklis and Ifat Prestalnik who are now into the editing room.

Riklis/Prestalnik are currently developing a new film about Israel's poet TIRZA ATAR Wild Flowers in October and will be consulting Linda Beath on the project.

Fascinating characters fill The Fifth Heaven, adapted from a book by Rachel Eitan: seductively bold yet vulnerably lonely “Lolita”, Maya, idealistic reformer, yet emotionally devoid Markowsky, alongside colorful, moving characters, living in a confused, yet innocent world.

The filmmakers were triggered by reading Rachel Eitan’s autobiography which for them was a transforming experience.  Though published at the end of the 1960’s, the book remains current, ironic, funny and moving.  The book was published in English.
